Is ad spend included?

No. Ad spend is paid directly to Google. Our fees cover strategy, setup, and ongoing management.

How fast can we launch?

Most accounts can be launched within 1-2 weeks depending on access and approvals.

Do you manage landing pages?

We provide guidance and recommendations. If you need page design or development, we can scope that separately or pair with our Flex Support service.

How is this different from Meta Ads?

Google Ads targets people actively searching for your services (high intent). Meta Ads targets people based on interests and behavior (awareness + demand generation). Many businesses benefit from both.

What's the minimum commitment?

Month-to-month - no lock-in. That said, we strongly recommend at least 3 months. Month one is setup and learning, months 2-3 are where real data and meaningful optimizations start. If you commit to 6 months upfront, we waive the setup fee entirely.

Do I own the ad account?

Yes. The Google Ads account is created under your email and your billing. We get manager access. If you leave, you take everything - the account, campaigns, and conversion tracking. Nothing is held hostage.

Who writes the ads?

We do. We create initial ad copy, set up A/B test variations, and iterate based on performance data. If you have specific messaging or offers your customers respond to, we work that in. You approve everything before it goes live.
